BidLore — Support
BidLore is a free single-player game for Android (Google Play) in which you play an antiques dealer bidding at auctions against computer-controlled rivals.
1. Contact
- Write to kontakt.vertias@gmail.com.
- You are answered by the game's publisher: Dominik Trojanowski Vertias. The postal address is on the page Publisher and contact.
- We answer in Polish and in English.
- The game has no account and no ticket form; an ordinary e-mail is enough.
2. What to include in your message
- What happened, and what you were doing just before.
- Your device model and Android version.
- The game version: the line on the Settings screen that starts with "BidLore" and contains the word "build".
- If it helps: a screenshot, or the diagnostics from the game (section 3).
3. Diagnostics from the game
The game keeps a local diagnostics file on your device and never sends it anywhere by itself. You can pass it to us in two ways:
- Settings > PRIVACY & DATA > SHARE DIAGNOSTICS — opens the Android share sheet with the diagnostics text. While there is no file yet, the button reads "NOTHING TO SHARE YET".
- Settings > FOUND A BUG? — opens the "REPORT A PROBLEM" form. Describe the problem, switch "Attach diagnostics" to ON and tap "SHARE".
- In the share sheet choose your e-mail app and type the address kontakt.vertias@gmail.com. The game fills in no recipient and sends nothing by itself.
- You see the whole content before you send it. What the diagnostics file contains is described in the Privacy Policy, sections 3 and 12.
4. Complaints and reply times
- We reply to a consumer's complaint about the game within 14 days of receiving it. The rules are in the Terms of Use, section 12.
- We reply to a request about personal data within one month of receiving it; in complex cases the law allows this to be extended by two months, and we will tell you if that happens.
- We answer other messages as soon as we can.
5. Changing your ad privacy choice
- In the game: Settings > Ad privacy — CHANGE CHOICE. This opens Google's privacy options form, where you can change or withdraw your consent.
- The row is shown when Google's consent tool reports that privacy options apply where you are.
- You can reset or delete the advertising ID in the Android settings, in the part that deals with privacy and ads, or in the Google settings.
6. Deleting the game's data
The game has no server and we hold no copy of your game data. You delete everything on your own device:
- Diagnostics file: Settings > PRIVACY & DATA > DELETE DIAGNOSTICS FILE. The game starts a new file after deletion.
- Save, settings and consent choice: in the Android settings open Apps > BidLore > Storage and choose "Clear storage" or "Clear data" (the names differ between devices). This also removes your progress.
- Everything at once: uninstall the game.
- Android backup: if it is switched on, a copy of the game's data may remain in your Google account and come back on reinstall. You can delete it in the Android backup settings or in your Google account.
- Data collected by Google's advertising software: it is held by Google. How to exercise your rights there, and what you can ask of us, is described in the Privacy Policy, sections 10 and 15.
7. Inappropriate ad
If you see an ad in the game that you believe is inappropriate, write to us: when you saw it and what it showed. A screenshot helps.
