Terms for the provision of services by electronic means. In force from 7 October 2026.

1. Who runs the website

This website is run by Dominik Trojanowski Vertias (“the publisher”). The publisher’s postal and email addresses are on the Publisher and contact page.

2. What the website offers

The website provides, free of charge, information about the publisher and its products — the InkBatch app and the game BidLore — and about support. It has no accounts, forms, sales or payments.

3. What you need

All you need is a device with internet access and a web browser. There is nothing to install or switch on: the website does not use JavaScript.

4. When use starts and ends

You start using the website when you open a page and stop when you close it. You do not need to register or confirm anything.

5. Unlawful content

The website gives you no way to post content. You must not send the publisher unlawful content, including by email.

6. Complaints

To complain about how the website works, write to kontakt.vertias@gmail.com and describe the problem. The publisher will reply by email within 14 days of receiving your complaint.

You can send other questions and comments to the same address.

7. Risks and software

Using the website involves no risks beyond those of using the internet in general. The website installs nothing on your device, and its pages contain no scripts. Your browser downloads the website’s files and, as with any site, may keep them in its cache. Apart from those files, the hosting provider may store technical cookies on your device; these are described in Privacy on this website.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will appear on this page with the date from which it applies.
