How to report a bug
- In the app, open “More”, then “Report a bug”, and describe what happened.
- Below your description you’ll see exactly what the report contains — nothing leaves the phone until you send it yourself.
- Choose “Share” or “Copy” and send the content to kontakt.vertias@gmail.com — InkBatch does not fill in the address for you.
Recipes, ingredients, notes, costs and customer data are never attached to a report.
App version
The version number is in the app: “More”, then “About”.
Backup and restore
In the app: “More”, then “Data” and “Backup”.
A backup saves all your data to a single file. Restoring replaces your current data with the data from the file and cannot be undone. Before it does so, InkBatch automatically saves a safety copy of the current state.
The backup file is not encrypted and may contain confidential recipes and customer names. Store it and send it with care.
Deleting data
In the app: “More”, then “Data” and “Delete all data”.
This removes from the phone every ingredient, recipe, stock movement, mixing session, history entry and leftover, and every local copy created by InkBatch. App settings remain, as do any files you saved or shared outside the app earlier, including exported backups.
It cannot be undone — export a backup first. To confirm, the app asks you to type the word “DELETE”.
What InkBatch does not do
- It does not judge whether a mixture is safe.
- It does not judge product compatibility or reactivity.
- It does not judge toxicity, flammability or ventilation.
- It does not advise on protective equipment or workplace safety.
- It does not judge storage conditions or disposal.
- It does not judge whether material is still usable.
- It does not recognise or match colours.
- A colour read from a picture describes that picture, not any paint.
- It contains no colour system and no manufacturer database.
- It does not guarantee a production result.
- It does not replace manufacturer instructions or safety data sheets.
The app calculates on the data you enter yourself. You are responsible for its accuracy and for the decisions you make on the basis of the results.
